The practice manager is responsible for the day to day running of the
practice. If you have a suggestion or complaint regarding the nature,
quality or level of service with which you have been provided, please
let Faye know.
NURSE PRACTITIONER
Mrs Lesley Morton
Lesley is a specialist nurse practitioner trained in all aspects of nursing and has completed further courses in minor ailments and minor injuries. This enables her to run nurse-led clinics independently of the Doctor. If a case is complicated, she may discuss it with a GP. PRACTICE NURSES

Our Practice Nurses offer a wide range of services, including health checks, holiday and childhood vaccinations, cervical smears, ear syringing, dressings, removal of sutures, family planning and general advice. They also look after certain illnesses such as diabetes, asthma, epilepsy and heart disease in conjunction with the Doctors. Jean has completed further courses in minor ailments and minor injuries and will be running nurse-led clinics independently of the Doctor. If a case is complicated, she may discuss it with a GP. Please telephone the Surgery to make an appointment.
RECEPTION STAFF
The staff behind the reception desk are fully trained to assist you in
making emergency and routine appointments to see your doctor, undertake
repeat prescriptions, answer numerous and varied questions and offer help
and assistance at all times. It is a legal requirement that confidentiality
of patients' records is maintained at the highest level by all staff.
They have a very difficult job to do and follow guidelines set by the
doctors. ABUSE TOWARDS MEMBERS OF STAFF
All members of the practice staff strive to provide the best service to its patients. We are entitled to work in a safe environment without fear of either physical or verbal aggression. The Practice will not tolerate aggressive behaviour. Patients who are aggressive either verbally or physically will be removed from the list and the appropriate authorities notified.
MEDICAL STUDENTS
At times, medical students may join us. If you would prefer not to see
them please feel free to say.
